Book Discussion Time!

Have you recently read a book that you just HAVE to talk about? Well, here's your outlet! E-mail us at iTag91@gmail.com with a book review! Be sure to include its TAG (Title Author & Genre), a little summary without giving too much away, and who you'd recommend the book to.

Here's an example:

The Edible Woman
By Margaret Atwood
Fiction

I just finished reading prolific author Margaret Atwood's first novel, The Edible Woman. The novel follows Marian McAlpin, and her impending marriage to Peter Wollander and how she gradually loses her sense of self before realizing that she must get it back. Atwood gives the novel a unique twist by manifesting Marian's loss of self in an inability to eat. Marian begins to attribute human qualities to almost all food put in front of her, refusing to partake in what she deems cannibalism. Considering the book was published in 1969 and written a few years before, Atwood proves to be years ahead of her time when addressing issues such as feminism and the patriarchal society Marian lives in. I'd definitely recommend this book to teens grades 10 or above. It's a quick read but it's certainly worth it!

Now your turn! :D
